Shipping Policy

All prints are made to order and typically ship within 3–7 business days of purchase. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Domestic (US)
Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
Free shipping on all orders.

International
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after fulfillment. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Framed prints
Framed orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days at max@maxhcreative.com with a photo and we'll make it right.

Order tracking
Tracking information is emailed automatically once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.
